Orders & Payments
- All prices are in GBP (£)
- Payment is taken automatically through WooCommerce at the time of ordering
- All orders are subject to availability
Delivery
- We’ll always do our best to deliver within your chosen time slot, yet sometimes things like traffic, weather, or very busy days mean this isn’t always possible — thanks for your understanding!
- Please double-check delivery details, and contact us to update any information
Flower availability
- We aim to use the flowers and colours you select, yet as flowers are seasonal some items may not always be available, in which case we may make a similar substitution of equal or greater value, keeping the style and quality as close as possible. Substitutions don’t qualify for a refund.
Cancellations & Issues
- If you have an issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help.
- If you need to cancel your order please let us know 24 hours prior and we will mark the order as cancelled on our system, our payment system is operated by WooCommerce who should refund you within 5 – 10 business days, if you have incorrectly entered any details and would like to amend your order you can always call us on 07775631681 or email us at [email protected] and we will try our best to help!
